Snowpocalypse is right! East Tennessee along with most of the south just set records for some of the most snowfall in a 24 hour period. After much anticipation and hype this week about the potential of having all of this snow everyone had pretty high expectations and I’d say it didn’t disappoint. It didn’t actually start snowing until about 11 am yesterday but it quickly melted almost as soon as it stuck. This picture was taken about 4 PM yesterday…
Then about 9 PM… Almost 4 inches and still falling heavily…
Then waking up to this… Measured at almost 8 inches!!!!…
So needless to say Elizabeth and I have enjoyed ourselves today playing in the snow. I told her that it’s been almost 20 years since we’ve had this much snow (that I can remember). Here’s to hoping for more TN snow days!
